Ana Roque participated in the 10th International Human Microbiome Consortium (IHMC) Congress 2024, held in Rome, 22-25 June 2024, where experts from the field, as well as students and industry come together for an international benchmark that promotes interchange talks between industrial and scientific partners. There Ana Roque presented a poster entitled “Gliadin proteolytic activity from Celiac Disease related blood and gut commensal bacteria” to show our preliminary results on the biochemical characterization of gliadin fragments obtained from an in vitro digestion system, using fast protein liquid chromatography.
